It is our great pleasure to announce that two of Atlanta’s most respected wealth management firms intend to merge later this year (click here for press release). Windham Brannon Financial Group and Tarpley & Underwood Financial Advisors plan to join forces to create one of Atlanta’s top independent, fee-only firms. Both firms believe the merger will broaden our wealth management services for our clients.
Generally, clients will continue to be served by the same advisor and team they have worked with in the past. However, those teams are now backed by an even broader array of professionals and support staff. On a more personal level, what makes this combination unique is the similarity of the firms’ cultures and investment philosophies.
We will remain in our respective current facilities in Midtown and North Atlanta for the immediate future, but we plan to combine our staffs into a single location at a later date. This announcement also coincides with our respective CPA affiliate firms’ merger announcement.
We hope you find this news as exciting as we do.
Please call us with any questions, and as always, we thank you for your trust, loyalty, and confidence.
Best regards,
Jim Heard, CFP
